Inside this beautiful luxury box, you’ll find specially designed screwdrivers in dedicated storage.
These have been specially developed for the uninitiated with beryllium copper bits that have a lower hardness than those of professional screwdrivers, in order to reduce the risk of scratches.
Assembling your high-end desk watch is designed to be within everyone’s reach, simply requiring a certain amount of concentration.
A watch book included in your high-end box will accompany you every step of the way through the assembly process.
And of course, our team is on hand to answer any questions you may have.
What if I lose a component?
We each have components available in a dedicated storage in our Maison Alcée workshop.
This way, we can send you the lost or damaged component so that you can continue assembling your desktop watch.
The screwdriver bits included in your luxury watch set are specially designed for Maison Alcée.
Made of beryllium copper, they are less hard than traditional screwdrivers, which reduces the risk of scratches.
What will be the assembly steps?
You will be required to assemble 169 components, the regulating organ being the only element already pre-assembled in your luxury watch box.
You will need to use tweezers, screw, oil the components and check your assembly with the watchmaker’s magnifying glass.
For about ten hours, you’ll dive into the role of a watchmaker to assemble your own high-end desk watch, signed with your name.
Where are watch components made?
In our high-end watch box, we have chosen to manufacture more than 90% of the components of your office watch in the Franco-Swiss Jura Arc, a commitment that was close to our hearts.
Is this experience accessible to all?
The high-end timepiece you are going to assemble has a movement similar to that of wristwatches but with larger dimensions.
This watchmaking object thus offers a discovery of the watch movement with a lower degree of precision.

Can the Persée timepiece be disassembled?
Yes, it is possible to disassemble your luxurious desk watch to deepen your watchmaking skills, perform maintenance, or add new complications.
Before any disassembly, it is essential to disarm the mainspring, a step that is detailed in the book included in your luxury watch box (see page 101).
Then simply follow the instructions in reverse of the assembly steps.
How often should I maintain my desk watch?
We recommend that you perform maintenance on your high-end desktop watch every 5 years.
We will be at your side to support you during this process.
