Warranties and Repairs

Guarantee

  For orders of our watch boxes and the striking of the hours, you benefit from a 2-year warranty against defects and hidden defects.
For all other orders there is no warranty.
All our components are manufactured with the highest quality in mind.
Also, to prove our seriousness, we undertake to repair your timepiece in case of defects or hidden defects.
If a repair is needed, we will have your timepiece examined to find out where the defect came from.
If it is a mistake on our part, the insurance against hidden defects and defects comes into play and we take care of the repair and return of your timepiece.
This guarantee cannot be applied to any timepiece that has been the subject of any operation carried out in a workshop other than that of Maison Alcée.  

Repair or Refurbishment of your timepiece

  Maison Alcée will give you all the techniques to help you repair your timepiece yourself.
However, in the event that your timepiece requires repair or refurbishment that is not due to a hidden defect or defect (a shock, a scratch, etc.), and you do not wish to do it yourself, this will be invoiced, if possible, according to an estimate drawn up by our workshops.
To have your timepiece repaired, even several years after your purchase, simply contact us and we will tell you how to send the timepiece to us.
As soon as we receive it, we have it examined and make an estimate to establish the amount of the repairs.
If you validate this quote, our workshops will repair your timepiece and it will be sent back to you as soon as possible.
